Angela Newbill serves as the Chief People Officer at ERMCO, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and organizational leadership. Since joining ERMCO in 2007, she has steadily advanced through leadership roles, starting as an HR Supervisor and progressing to HR Manager, HR Director, HR Vice President, and now, Chief People Officer.


Before ERMCO, Newbill gained cross-functional experience in a manufacturing environment, working closely with operations, inventory and logistics teams. This hands-on exposure deepened her understanding of plant-floor dynamics and strengthened her ability to align workforce strategies with business needs. Throughout her career, Newbill has played a pivotal role in shaping ERMCO\u2019s workforce strategy, with expertise in employee relations, total rewards, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. She is dedicated to fostering a values-driven culture that prioritizes engagement, transparency, and professional growth.


Newbill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Freed-Hardeman University.
