business transformation. Prior to joining ERMCO, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Agile Sourcing Partners and later founded The Pivotal Leap, LLC, where she provided fractional CFO and operational advisory services to privately held companies across the manufacturing, distribution, insurance, and professional services sectors. Her work focused on financial strategy, operational improvement, ERP transformation, internal controls, compensation design, inventory management, and building scalable finance organizations.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Since joining ERMCO, Courtney has held leadership roles supporting both the commercial and operational sides of the business. Most recently, she led Sales Operations, where she helped strengthen cross-functional alignment, enhance business processes, and support the company&#8217;s continued growth.
