une alimentation triphas\u00e9e est n\u00e9cessaire, mais o\u00f9 l'espace est limit\u00e9. Il offre un service d'apparence plus propre avec un co\u00fbt d'installation inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui d'une banque de trois transformateurs monophas\u00e9s. La cuve rectangulaire est plus courte que les transformateurs \u00e0 cuve ronde traditionnels, ce qui laisse plus d'espace pour la location de l'espace sous le poteau. La cuve plus courte est plus stable contre le basculement que la cuve ronde triphas\u00e9e plus haute mont\u00e9e sur poteau.
